I came here for an engagement ring. After looking at dozens of styles and designs Mark and his staff were able to take some photos I had available, send them off and get the exact ring made for me. I'm new to this, but the staff was super helpful and did a great job of pulling ideas out of my head to put together the exact ring my now fiancé wanted. Fountain City Jewelers crafted a Mothers Day Cross for my wife and she loved it. The cross and gemstones took an extra day to ship so Mark showed up early on Sunday morning to meet me at the shop, wrap it and make sure that I had the gift ready for my Wife. Customer service was excellent. Will shop there again!
