- Yes, you can wear your Permanent Jewelry through airport security. You would need to remove it for an MRI scan.

- We are happy to add a clasp for a fee (based on the clasp you choose) if you prefer to be able to take it on and off. This can also be added later.

- If your Permanent Jewelry breaks at the weld spot within 48 hours, then we will reweld at no charge. If it breaks at any other spot, it will require an assessment for repair. Care plans are also available.

- You can cut the chain off with cutters and we can weld it back on for a small fee. We ask that you cut it at the welded link. We can also add a clasp later on, for a fee, if you will be required to take it off more often.

- Once you confirm that the sizing is correct and we cut the chain, it is a final sale.

- Yes! You can book your own private Permanent Jewelry party for birthdays, bachelorettes, sorority events, or a fun night with friends. We require at least 7 people to book a private event. We can host them during or after hours at Fountain City Jewelers. A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.
