Not only do I love supporting local business, I have been pleased with every experience I’ve had there. They are always kind, helpful, and professional. They really know their jewelry. If Jerry doesn’t have what I’m looking for, he makes sure to find it and order it. They are quick with repairs and very reasonably priced. I won’t use the “big box” stores and for sure won’t shop online to get my jewelry, when I know I will get a personal experience at Fountain City Jewelers. Highly recommend!

Being new to Knoxville I called around to many different Jewlers to get an appraisal on a newly purchased ring. From the moment I spoke to Jerry I knew Fountain City was the place to go, Jerry was not only helpful but spent the time needed to go over the ring in precise detail. That experience has had me back to FC to purchase another ring and have yet another custom made. Jerry's knowledge, experience, expertise, professionalism and patience are second to none. Mark welcomed us into the store, gave us his entire attention, listened to what we were looking for and was extremely helpful. He helped me find the perfect engagement ring for my fiancée. He was informative, showed us several beautiful rings in our price range and found us the absolute best deal for what we could afford. I needed to get my rings resized. Fountain City Jewelers suggested sauntering them together. I’m thrilled! Love it! Now I don’t have to constantly turn my band! So happy I travelled to Knoxville! I trust them to always handle any of my jewelry needs!!

I meant to leave this review a couple months ago! I needed my watch resized in the midst of the pandemic and FCJ were understandably operating under limited hours and staff. I was completely satisfied with the experience and even surprised at how quickly my watch was fixed (an hour I believe). I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

Edit: I took three rings in to be resized this week and received fantastic service again! These guys are great at what they do and it’s nice having trustable and efficient jewelers close by.

I was told about this jeweler from a family member and I was worried it wouldn’t work out because I live out of town. I had been in contact with Jerry for several months tossing ideas around of what my soon to be bride wanted. Even over emailed photos and phone calls I finally had to the chance to go in store and see what he had came up with and less than a week later I had the most incredible engagement ring. I would 100% recommend Fountain City Jewelers to anyone looking to buy/design a beautiful piece in the area! Throughout the entire process, Jerry has been super friendly and helpful! My fiancé went in with a base idea of what I wanted in an engagement ring and they were able to design a gorgeous ring that went above and beyond what I was expecting.

Since getting the ring, I have been in twice to get the fit just right and each time Jerry & Mark have been massively helpful with getting my ring fit perfectly on my finger. Added bonus: as a newly engaged person, the turn around time on those adjustments were super quick!!
