Prices and product information displayed on the Site are for informational purposes and may be changed or corrected without prior notice. An incorrect or outdated price displayed on the Site does not obligate Fountain City Jewelers to sell an item at that price.

Jewelry shown on the Site may be sold, discontinued, special order, one of a kind, or otherwise unavailable at the time of an in-store inquiry. Please contact or visit Fountain City Jewelers to confirm current pricing and availability.

3. Jewelry Images and Product Representation

We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent the jewelry and gemstones shown on our Site. However, photographs and digital displays may cause colors, proportions, scale, or other characteristics to appear differently than they do in person.

Images may be enlarged to show detail and should not necessarily be interpreted as representing actual size.

Because jewelry, diamonds, and colored gemstones may have individual characteristics and natural variations, the appearance of an item may vary from photographs or similar items shown on the Site.

We encourage customers to view jewelry in person whenever possible.

4. Diamond, Gemstone, and Jewelry Information

Descriptions of diamonds, gemstones, metals, carat weights, measurements, grades, treatments, origins, and other jewelry characteristics are provided based on the information reasonably available to us at the time.

Certain measurements, weights, grades, and other characteristics may be approximate, particularly when a gemstone is mounted or when information is supplied by a manufacturer, vendor, laboratory, or other third party.

Where applicable, we identify diamonds and gemstones as natural, laboratory-grown, treated, or otherwise described based on the information available to us and generally accepted jewelry industry practices.

Specific information concerning a particular piece of jewelry should be confirmed with a Fountain City Jewelers representative before purchase.

5. In-Store Purchases

The Site does not currently process retail purchases. Any prices displayed on the Site are informational and do not constitute an offer or guarantee of sale.

Purchases are completed directly with Fountain City Jewelers and are subject to the pricing, availability, payment terms, return or exchange policies, warranties, and other terms provided or applicable at the time of purchase.

Policies applicable to an in-store transaction may differ depending on the type of merchandise or service involved.

6. Special Orders, Custom Jewelry, and Personalized Items

Special orders, custom-designed jewelry, personalized items, engraving, modifications, and other made-to-order products may be subject to additional terms, deposits, approvals, and cancellation restrictions.

The specific terms applicable to custom or special-order work will be provided or agreed upon as part of that transaction and will control if they differ from these Website Terms.

7. Repairs, Appraisals, and Other Services

Information about jewelry repair, appraisal, custom design, jewelry evaluation, and other services may be provided on the Site for informational purposes.

These services may be subject to separate terms, estimates, intake documents, limitations, warranties, or agreements provided at the time the service is requested.

Scheduling an appointment, submitting an inquiry, or obtaining information through the Site does not by itself create a service contract or guarantee that a particular service can be performed.

8. Warranties

Certain jewelry may include a manufacturer or other limited warranty. Fountain City Jewelers may also offer additional warranty coverage for purchase on eligible merchandise.

Warranty availability, coverage, exclusions, inspection or maintenance requirements, and duration may vary. The specific warranty terms provided with or applicable to the merchandise at the time of purchase will govern that warranty.

Unless expressly stated in the applicable warranty, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, loss, theft, or damage resulting from improper care or unauthorized repair may not be covered.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, photographs, images, graphics, logos, videos, designs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Fountain City Jewelers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
