Fountain City Jewelers is a GREAT place for jewelry repair!! I love this place and the staff! The diamond cluster head to my engagement ring broke and my husband and I had it "fixed" somewhere else. However, within a couple weeks of it getting "fixed" it broke again. I took it to Fountain City Jewelers and they were absolutely great! The staff were friendly and understanding and made sure that they did what was best for us. They finished fixing my ring much quicker than expected, were affordable, and did a great job on the ring! Jerry helped me check out and was wonderful and friendly, as well as the other staff members. The jeweler also made sure to update me on any changes throughout the process of fixing my ring! HIGHLY recommend this place!

So excited to attend the Ladies Night Out event! I arrived early so I could get one of the limited gift bags. They provided fantastic treats from local restaurants and catering companies. Flower held a trivia contest throughout the evening and for every correct answer you had an opportunity to win a ticket. Tickets were then used to enter drawings for beautiful jewelry from diamond earrings, an opal ring, sterling silver with diamond necklace and a Coach purse. I got lucky and won the necklace and a gift card! Hopefully they will make this an annual event. I even did a little shopping during the event. Thank you Fountain City Jewelers for a fun event.

After visiting on several occasions for repairs and such, I recently went to have a custom ring made. Lily made the process smooth. I’m pleased with my ring and the time and attention I was given in the design process.

In my experience, the workmanship, attention to detail, customer service, and prices are so much better at Fountain City Jewelers versus the big box jewelry stores. I have worked with Jerry for several years, and he always has great suggestions and is a pleasure to work with. He helped me to overhaul an existing emerald ring, and the result is spectacular! I went to Fountain City Jewelers after reading their reviews in hopes of selling my engagement ring. Initially I called to see if an appointment was necessary and was advised to just stop on it. That Saturday I arrived and was immediately greeted by a young man offering to help. When I told him why I was there he directed me to another gentleman stating that was his area of expertise. I handed over my precious ring and he began to evaluate. While doing so about 4 other customers came in ALL of which were immediately addressed as soon as they stepped in the door and advised that there may be a slight wait. I was very impressed by the level of customer service everyone was receiving. After evaluating my ring, the gentleman helping me asked that I complete a card for my information and he’d run the details of my piece by the owner when he returns. Later that afternoon, I received a call from the owner stating he’d like to view the ring. He offered to have me text over pictures or stop in the following day which happened to be a day of closure. I went in the next morning and met with the owner. He was very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. He even showed me stones on an app that he was comparing mine too and talked me through the process of buying. Ultimately he offered me a fair price for my ring and so it was sold. This process was emotionally difficult for me however the entire staff at Fountain City truly made it as quick and painless as possible. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Today my husband took me to get my birthday present for my 50th birthday. I really wanted a sapphire necklace and I wanted to get it at Ftn City Jewelry.I find the necklaces but not a sapphire one . So I asked Mark he showed me some birthstone necklaces but no sapphire. Not to worry though , Mark allowed me to choose a loose sapphire & he changed out stones while we waited . I have beautiful sapphire and diamond necklace and I absolutely love ❤️ it !!! I have known Mark for many years and I send people there frequently . Thank you , Mark , you rock !! I recently came here for the first time and had the BEST experience. I had some jewelry appraised, and Jerry was super helpful, very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to get it finished quickly. While there I also had some pieces cleaned rhodium plated, and polished. They honestly look better than new. They fixed a piece of costume jewelry for me that was a favorite that I thought was broken beyond repair. I can’t say enough great things about them.
