I recently came here for the first time and had the BEST experience. I had some jewelry appraised, and Jerry was super helpful, very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to get it finished quickly. While there I also had some pieces cleaned rhodium plated, and polished. They honestly look better than new. They fixed a piece of costume jewelry for me that was a favorite that I thought was broken beyond repair. I can’t say enough great things about them.
