After an issue occurred and we couldn’t get the original wedding band we had chosen, Mark literally gave us the ring off his finger! It was a beautiful Russian style band but was a special order. Unfortunately, the ring wouldn’t be ready when we needed it so Mark’s ring fit my fiancé (now hubs)! He shined it up good as new and the hubs has been more than happy with it. I purchased pearls there, as well, to wear on my wedding day. My husband had a custom infinity necklace made for me
for Christmas that is just beautiful! Mark, Jerry, and all the staff are wonderful! Fountain City Jewelry is our go-to place! Their new location is fabulous!

Excellent service! From start to finish, Lily helped me pick out a custom engagement ring, and she was able to have her vendor prepare it very quickly. It was exactly what I was looking for and more importantly, my fiancée loves it. The price was fair, and the communication was consistent, easy, and professional. After that, we were able to order a wedding band to match the previously mentioned ring and once again, Lily gave us plenty of help finalizing the selection. I highly recommend Fountain City Jewelers. Lily should get a raise because she handled all of our needs and answered all of our questions like a true pro.

I ordered custom engraved rings for my wife and I, and was blown away by the quality of work and the customer service! Jerry and Mark were amazingly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Everything right down to the gift wrapping was done with care and skill. If you need a hometown jeweler, this place is it. The staff is nice and attentive as soon as you walk through the door. Mark is amazing! He helped my (now) husband pick out my engagement ring and he helped us both pick out our wedding bands. Mark recently soldered my rings together and did a phenomenal job! My rings are perfect and I cannot sing enough praises about Mark and fountain city jewelers.

I went in to have Mark help me with something particular. Not only did he help me, but he replaced a watch battery and fixed a clasp on my necklace that I had (poorly) tried to fix myself.

Mark was very kind and patient, both on the phone and in person. The rest of the staff that greeted me at the door were also very friendly and personable. They offer the kind of small-town feel that's lacking in most of the larger chain stores. I will most certainly be back for any future needs and will also definitely recommend them to others.

I dropped this off to have the lobster claw repaired. I asked them if they would shine the necklace in addition to repairing it and she replied, "That comes complimentary!". I expected to have to pay for the shining of the necklace, not here though! I couldn't be more pleased. They were very reasonably priced on the lobster claw repair and did a fantastic job on shining it. It is professionally repaired, complete with the loop being soldered on. I didn't have to wait long either, the repair took one day and that's probably because of customers ahead of me, or they had to order a part. IDK, but they did great!

I went there on a whim to buy my wife something for fall, just a small gift. They had a jewelry case with things that are UT related, so I got her an orange and silver bracelet she can wear on game days. Really nice people.

I waited until last minute to try and surprise my wife with a diamond ring on her birthday while we were on vacation. I went and met with Mark Enix and Jerry and told them my plan. They played a great trick to get her in the store and pick out the ring she liked and even got her size. The ring was fit for her the same day and purchased in the nick of time before we left for vacation. She loves the ring, I strongly encourage anyone looking for that special piece, go see Mark Enix. I can't say enough about this jeweler! A few years ago I got sick and was put on steroids. I blew up like a balloon and had to have my wedding ring cut off. It was devastating. When I finally deflated a family friend offered to solder it back together and size it for me. Unfortunately he DESTROYED my ring. He didn't even use white gold, he used silver. Anyhow, I finally decided to get it fixed and upgrade my diamond and Fountain City did a BEAUTIFUL job. They also took my original center diamond and made it into a gorgeous pendant. I couldn't be happier! If you go in, ask for Lily.....she is super nice, fun and knows her stuff! Thanks Fountain City Jeweler for helping make me feel pretty again!
