I recently went to Fountain City Jewelers to purchase an engagement ring. I chose FCJ because other family members of mine had also. On my first visit I began working with Michael. I did a lot of research before going, but Michael helped me understand everything even more and gave invaluable advice in choosing the perfect setting and center stone, over the course of three visits. Overall, communication was great, they worked quickly to get everything done, and I couldn't have been more thrilled with the outcome of the ring I purchased. The whole process was very straight forward. If you are in the market, I would strongly encourage at least visiting the store and talking to Michael or any other employee.

Though I was on a tight budget and knew nothing about jewelry it was time to buy an engagement ring. I felt uneducated and like the smallest person in the room when I walked in, but within 5 minutes the friendly staff and particularly Mark made me feel like I was a millionaire client. He is passionate about what he does and was eager to educate us along the way, inviting us into a story and not just a purchase. The ring was custom and turned out incredible, we couldn't be happier.

I worked with Mark and his team at Fountain City Jewelers to design and build a custom wedding ring for my fiance to be. They were very helpful during the entire process. When deciding on the center stone, Mark even called and emailled me while in Antwerp in order to make sure I would be completely happy with the diamond he found.
I will also say that they really stand behind their jewelry. My fiance somehow managed to damage one of the sapphire side stones. The team at FCJ located a replacement of matching color and quality and replaced it for us.

I bought my wife's engagement ring here 5 years ago and they still offer annual cleanings and are very cheap for repairs. Staff is also very friendly.

They did a wonderful job creating a new ring from a photograph and stones from an inherited ring! They ended up creating an original ring from an image of an antique ring and made sure that it fit my gems and matched my wedding band.
