Hello, I was one of the customers being helped by the staff of Fountain City Jeweler's when Anita Blake was in the store. This Karen and her partner browsed while the staff was working on business from myself and another customer. The couple seemed to be in no particular hurry. I was surprised when the Karen stomped over to the busy staff and huffed, "I guess we'll just go somewhere else if we are going to be ignored!" then stormed out of the store. Such rudeness was uncalled for and just showed Anita Blake to be the product of poor toilet training by her parents.

As for myself, I'm having an engagement ring custom made by these craftsmen and am extraordinarily satisfied with their knowledge, honesty, and courtesy. I will be shopping there again.

Mike was great, and helped us get exactly what we were looking for! The ring is a perfect fit, and the service was great!

Today, I picked up a ring Fountain City Jewelers custom made for me. I wanted a wide wedding band, but I also wanted my diamond mounted in the band in a very specific way. My wife and I just celebrated our 12 year anniversary, and this year I finally had the income I needed to give her the rings she deserved since day one. I wanted to either upgrade the diamond on her engagement ring, or replace her standard wedding band with an eternity band. I am so glad I went to Fountain City Jewelers to do this. Other jewelers have tried to upsell me, and embarrass me into something more expensive than I can afford. Fountain City Jewelers did not treat me this way. Instead, Jerry helped me stretch my money further so that I could upgrade both my wife's engagement ring and her wedding band. And when I gave her the rings, she was speechless. She hasn’t taken them off once yet, and she regularly says she just can’t stop looking at them. My wife and I both love the work they did, and I greatly appreciate the service they gave.

Great staff and Jerry has always treated me like family. I bought my engagement ring there and wedding bands. I have been several other times for watch repairs and to clean my wife's rings. They always do a great job and text/call when it is ready for pickup.

I wrote a pretty harsh review a few days ago and am now editing it to a 5 start because of the follow up I received from Fountain City Jewelers. I wrote about a mistake made a few years back where an employee who is no longer with the company replaced some 14k gold with 10k gold, which I was not too pleased with. But the next day the owner, Mark, gave me a phone call to apologize and offer to fix the mistake. The courage to call and offer to fix the mistake made me realize they care for their customers and I appreciate that. I stopped by the shop today and will be replacing my chain with a new one soon at this place of business and will continue to purchase here. I highly suggest consumers in the market for jewelry to give this jeweler a shot, you’ll be treated very well!
