1. Layaway
We offer a 90 day layaway plan for any item you desire. We do require an initial 25% deposit of the total purchase including tax.

The payments thereafter may be made at your convenience in accordance to the terms. Alterations & adjustments, such as ring sizing, will be made at balance payoff. Expired layaways will receive an instore credit for money paid, minus a 15% restocking fee. No returns accepted on layaway items, store credit only.

2. Financing
Fountain City Jewelers offers financing through multiple platforms, 30 day to 60 month plans available. "Same as cash" and other payment plans are available to fit your needs.

3. Gift certificates
We offer gift certificates in any denomination.

4. Returns for Exchange
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase as long as item is in New and Unworn condition. Certain special orders and altered items may be non-returnable and/or subject to restocking fees.

5. Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. All returns must be “in band new & unworn condition” and accompanied by your original receipt or a copy of it. We do not offer returns on Clearance or last chance items. Refunds are subject to restocking fees if alterations have been performed and/or if the item needs polishing.

6. Diamond Inspections
We recommend bringing us your diamond jewelry for inspection every 3 months. Our jeweler will inspect the prongs to help prevent any possible damage or loss of your gemstones. This inspection service is free.

7. Custom Work
All custom jewelry is nonrefundable and requires a 25% deposit before the work begins. Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the client's complete satisfaction.
